Health data — Substances, mood, cravings, wellbeing, weight, side effects, and notes that you enter manually.

Demographic data — Age, gender, and height — entered during registration to personalise your experience.

App functionality — To display your logs, charts, and progress over time.
Clinician sharing — To generate a temporary share code so you can share your data with your healthcare provider.
No advertising — We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics. We do not sell your data.
No third parties — Your data is never shared with third-party services, advertisers, or data brokers.

Secure servers — Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted on Digital Ocean.
Encryption in transit — All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.
PIN protection — Your app is protected by a PIN code stored securely on your device.
Temporary sharing — Share codes expire after 10 minutes and grant read-only access.

Delete your account — You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings.
Data access — You can export your data by contacting us at the email below.
GDPR — If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation.
👶Children's Privacy
Age requirement — Recover is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
